St. Alquin Montessori School

Upon purchasing adjacent property, an established Montessori school on a landlocked suburban site performed a planning process to anticipate campus growth. Strategically, the master plan positions the school to maintain competitive positions through addressing missing and underperforming space resources, planning for growing enrollments, and strengthening IBO middle years programs. Functionally, the plan organizes vehicular traffic, creates clear pedestrian zones, and reinforces the school's traditions with outdoor education.
