Sachse Turnpike District

A collaborative charette hosted by Arcadia Realty brought together city officials, community leaders, and land owners with a multidisciplined design team to plan a mixed-use land development following a form-based code development model. Land planners, traffic engineers, landscape architects, developers, and architects created a viable plan for the walkable, multigenerational self-sufficient community. Included in the charette, two existing school sites were replanned to create a K-8 campus that knits the educational campus into the community.
